1. مقدمة

نحن نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية. تهدف هذه السياسة إلى توضيح كيفية جمع بياناتك واستخدامها وحمايتها عند استخدامك للتطبيق.

2. البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها

يجمع التطبيق البيانات التالية فقط لتشغيل الخدمة:

• بيانات الموقع (Location): يتم جمع موقع السائق أثناء استخدام التطبيق وأيضًا في الخلفية أثناء الرحلات، وذلك لعرض موقع السائق للراكب وتحسين دقة الوصول.
• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، رقم السيارة، نوع السيارة، معرف المستخدم (UID).
• بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز، إصدار النظام، معرفات غير شخصية لتحسين الأداء.

3. كيفية استخدام البيانات

يتم استخدام البيانات فقط للأغراض التالية:

• تشغيل التطبيق وتقديم خدمة التوصيل.
• عرض موقع السائق للراكب أثناء الرحلة.
• تحسين دقة التوجيه والملاحة.
• تحسين جودة الخدمة وتجربة المستخدم.
• التحقق من أمان الحساب.

4. عدم بيع أو مشاركة البيانات

نحن لا نبيع أو نتبادل أو نشارك أو نستخدم أي بيانات لأي غرض تجاري أو تسويقي. لا تتم مشاركة بيانات الموقع مع أي طرف ثالث، وتُستخدم فقط لتشغيل التطبيق وتقديم الخدمة.

5. أذونات التطبيق

يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية:

• الموقع أثناء الاستخدام (Foreground Location).
• الموقع في الخلفية (Background Location).
• الموقع الدقيق (GPS).

يتم طلب الأذونات بعد عرض تنبيه واضح للمستخدم يشرح سبب الحاجة للموقع وكيفية استخدامه، وأن بعض ميزات التطبيق لن تعمل بدون تفعيل خدمة الموقع.

6. الإفصاح الواضح (Prominent Disclosure)

قبل جمع أي بيانات موقع، يعرض التطبيق رسالة واضحة للمستخدم تتضمن:

• سبب جمع الموقع.
• كيفية استخدامه داخل التطبيق.
• أنه لن يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر غير تشغيل الخدمة.
• إمكانية الرفض أو القبول من قبل المستخدم.

7. تخزين البيانات وحمايتها

• يتم تخزين البيانات على خوادم آمنة (مثل Firebase).
• يتم تشفير الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم.
• لا يتم الاحتفاظ ببيانات الموقع بعد انتهاء الرحلة إلا عند الحاجة لتحسين الخدمة أو لأغراض تشغيلية.

8. حقوق المستخدم

يحق لك:

• طلب حذف بياناتك قدر الإمكان ضمن حدود الأنظمة المعمول بها.
• إلغاء الأذونات من إعدادات الجهاز في أي وقت.
• إيقاف استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك.

9. سياسة الأطفال

التطبيق غير مخصص للأطفال دون 18 عامًا، ولا يتم جمع بيانات عن قصد من الأطفال.

10. التعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية

قد نقوم بتحديث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيتم نشر أي تحديث في هذه الصفحة، ويُعتبر استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقة ضمنية على السياسة المعدلة.

• Location Data (Foreground & Background): Collected while the app is in use and in the background during active trips to show the driver’s location to passengers and improve navigation accuracy.
• Account Information: Name, phone number, car number, car type, and user ID (UID).
• Device Information: Device type, OS version, and non-personal identifiers for performance improvement.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for the following purposes:

• Operating the app and providing transportation services.
• Displaying the driver’s real-time location to passengers during trips.
• Improving navigation accuracy and route quality.
• Enhancing service quality and user experience.
• Account verification and safety.

4. No Selling or Sharing of Data

We do not sell, trade, share, or use any data for advertising or commercial purposes. Location data is not shared with any third party and is used only to operate the app and provide the service.

5. App Permissions

The app requests the following permissions:

• Foreground Location.

• Precise GPS Location.

Permissions are requested only after showing a clear disclosure message explaining why location is needed and how it will be used. Some features of the app will not work without enabling location services.
